Vital records staff can provide certified copies of a Missouri Birth certificates in our office for $15.00 each with a cash, check, debit/credit card or money order. Identification is also required. Death Certificates are available for deaths occuring form 1980 to the present. They are $14.00 for the first copy and $11.00 for additional copies at the time of purchase. Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) is a special supplemental nutrition program with a strong emphasis on education about nutrition-based health. The program provides nutrition education, screening, risk assessment and counseling to pregnant women, new mothers, infants and children up to five years old. We also have a Breastfeeding Peer Counselor available on WIC days and you can also call her for all for breastfeeding needs.
WIC also provides checks to purchase nutritious supplemental foods like milk, eggs, cheese, juice, cereal, peanut butter, and/or dry beans or peas at several local businesses. New mothers who are breastfeeding may receive an enhanced food package. Learn more about WIC...
